Real performance marketing is a system, not a stack of platform managers
Most agencies sell performance marketing as 'we'll run your Google and Meta'. That is media buying, not performance marketing. Performance marketing is the discipline of using paid channels, alongside owned and earned ones, to acquire customers profitably and predictably, treating tracking, creative, landing pages, lifecycle, attribution and pricing as integrated levers rather than separate departments.
When this is done well, channels stop competing. Meta builds demand that Google captures. SEO compounds branded traffic that paid no longer has to buy. Email and SMS retention reduce the new-customer CAC the paid team has to hit. Margin and AOV are pulled into the optimisation equation, not assumed constants. The whole system is calibrated to one metric: profitable, scalable contribution margin.
Uddhavo's performance practice is built for brands that have outgrown a 'one channel specialist per platform' model and need a experienced, integrated team that owns the whole funnel. We run media, creative, landing pages, tracking and analytics in one room, with a single weekly stand-up and a single number we are accountable for.
