Uddhavo provides digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, web development, branding, photography, content, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate written engagement letter or proposal.
You must be 18 or older and able to form a legally binding contract to engage our services.
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or scrape the site, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access, (c) upload malware, (d) use the site for unlawful purposes, or (e) infringe any third-party rights.
All content on uddhavo.in, text, graphics, logos, case studies, code, is owned by Uddhavo or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Client deliverables we produce are owned by the client upon full payment, as specified in the engagement letter.
Our site links to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
Refund terms are governed by the engagement letter signed with each client. Setup fees and work already performed are generally non-refundable. We always work in good faith to resolve disputes before any termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uddhavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to Uddhavo in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Uddhavo against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Siliguri, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
