A Kolkata ed-tech brand swapped three rented platforms for one owned platform, with iOS and Android apps built around streaks and attendance.
The founders wanted the habit mechanics of Snapchat streaks and Apple Watch activity rings applied to learning. We built the backend, admin console, payments and both mobile apps so content, payments, attendance and streaks finally lived in one system they own outright.

The challenge
Content sat on one SaaS tool, payments on another and attendance in spreadsheets. Nothing shared a learner record, per-seat and commission pricing scaled with growth, and the differentiating engagement mechanic was impossible to build on rented platforms.
What we did
- —Built a custom backend with a single learner record spanning content, payments, attendance and progress.
- —Implemented streaks and daily activity rings so lesson completion carried the same habit pull as a fitness app.
- —Shipped native iOS and Android apps on the same API, with offline lesson access for low-bandwidth users.
